Prof Stephen Davies
Since 2000, Steve has been a Consultant Endocrinologist at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. He has over 80 peer reviewed publications and his clinical interests in pituitary disease, antiaging and hormone replacement therapies. He lectures regularly in national and international meetings across and was awarded a chair by the University of South Wales in 2017. Steve is an entrepreneur having established a number of successful companies including the medical revision companies, OnExamination.com and Diploma-MSc programmes. The latter offers a diploma and MSc in Cosmetic and aesthetic medicine. Steve also founded the company You Can Clinic which delivers aesthetic services and training from the Cardiff Medicentre.
Victoria Hiscock
Victoria Hiscock is the Product and Education Specialist for Alumier Labs UK and has been educating skin care professionals for over a decade. Co-owner of CLINICBEAUTY, a medispa in Southampton, Victoria brings a vast spectrum of knowledge and education based on her hands on experience as well as her time as a trainer. She has a passion for Cosmetic Science, and empowering fellow practitioners to develop their profitability through education.
Naomi Di-Scala
Naomi Di-Scala joined Hamilton Fraser in 2008 as Claims Team Leader, managing claims and dealing with complaints relating to medical malpractice as well as landlord and property insurance. Following a promotion to Cosmetic Manager in 2016, Naomi focuses on ensuring that cosmetic practitioners have the right cover and claims support. In addition Naomi regularly provides educational talks and materials for practitioners to protect themselves in the event of claims scenarios and to keep them up to date on legislative changes.
Martyn King

Dr Martyn King is a GMC registered doctor and the Director of Cosmedic Skin Clinic, a highly successful, award winning private aesthetic clinic. He is a recognised expert in the field of cosmetic medicine, national and international accredited trainer and he has published several articles in leading cosmetic journals. He is a respected conference speaker and demonstrator with experience at FACE, IMCAS, AMWC, CCR, ACE, Aesthetic Medicine Live, BCAM, BACN and BAS. He is the Chair of the Aesthetics Complications Expert Group, a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, Board member for the British Association of Sclerotherapists and Chair of Save Face Advisory Board.
Dr Tim Pearce MB ChB BSc (Hons) MRCGP

Dr Tim Pearce qualified in medicine in 2006 following his studies at Warwick and Leeds universities and originally worked as a GP.
He founded SkinViva in 2008, one of the UK’s top aesthetic clinics, where he thrives on the creativity involved in aesthetic treatments. Alongside having completed over 20 000 cosmetic procedures, his passion and determination to drive high clinical standards for practitioners and raising the standard of Medical Aesthetics in the UK led him to the development of SkinViva Training in 2013 –a company which offers training in non-surgical treatments for medical professionals.
Dr Pearce is a member of the Allergan Academy, benefiting from world class mentors from around the globe, including famous names in the industry like Arthur Swift, Raj Acquilla, Mauricio de Maio, and others. “I am proud to be delivering world class training and treatments in Manchester and internationally, and making a contribution to raising standards in Medical Aesthetics.”

Dr Lee Walker is director and clinical lead at multi-award winning BCity clinics, Liverpool and has over 16 year’s experience in the field of medical aesthetics.
Lee is the founder and lead speaker for the Northern Aesthetic Practitioner Group, where he provides advanced training and education every month to over 170 medical aesthetic practitioners.
As part of his commitment to medical safety, Dr Walker is also on the expert panel for the Aesthetic Complications group (ACE) to provide guidance and advice on complications related to non-surgical treatments. He also sits on the expert advisory board of ‘Save Face’ a United Kingdom professional standards registered body responsible for setting industry safety recommendations.
Dr Lee Walker is an official Teoxane country expert and international speaker who regularly shares his knowledge via masterclasses across the UK and Europe. Dr Walker sits on the United Kingdom Teoxane steering committee to advise on medical education best practices. He also is a faculty lecturer in clinical education for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow. Dr Walker has published various expert opinions, scientific editorial and case studies to medical journals and has been appointed an official clinical contributor to the popular ‘Aesthetics’ journal.
In 2017, Dr Lee Walker was highly commended as ‘Doctor of the Year’ and winner of the prestigious professional initiative award for the United Kingdom for his commitment to safety in the aesthetic industry. Dr Walker has been awarded memberships to the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in both Glasgow and England.

Dr Harryono Judodihardjo
Dr Harryono Judodihardjo is the Medical Director of the multi-award winning Cellite Clinic in Cardiff and a partner of the Belgravia Dermatology Limited in London. Cellite Clinic is the oldest independent Aesthetic Medical clinic in Wales that was started by Dr Judodihardjo in 1998.
Dr Judodihardjo is the current President Elect for the Royal Society of Medicine Professional Aesthetic. He was the past Vice President of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors and was a board director of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Judodihardjo frequently chairs and lectures in both national and international Aesthetic Medical conferences. He is also one of the Key Opinion Leaders for several major pharmaceuticals and device manufacturers.
Nigel Downes
Nigel qualified as a Nurse in 1993 and since that time he has worked across Primary and Secondary Care, including the Independent Sector. Nigel has a Law Degree, a Master’s Degree in Legal Aspects of Medical Practice, and he qualified as a Solicitor in 2001.
Nigel worked as a Solicitor, specialising in Clinical Negligence, for 5 years before taking up a position as a Director of a company specialising in reviewing medical evidence. Throughout this time Nigel continued to practice as a Nurse across all sectors.
Nigel was a Senior Lecturer at the University of South Wales between 2010 and 2013, with his main focus being on professional and legal issues of healthcare. Following that he was the RCN’s Primary Care & Independent Sector Adviser. In 2015 Nigel moved into an Employment Relations role, at RCN Wales, as a Senior Officer covering Aber Bro Morgannwg and Cardiff and Vale Health Boards. Nigel recently took up the role of Associate Director (Professional Practice) at RCN Wales.
Ron Myers BSc(Hons)
Ron was involved in the launch of Botox® into the UK market place in 1994 and in 2002 he set up a specialist consultancy service with business partner Martyn Roe. They were involved in the launch and continued development of the FACE Conference and Ron and Martyn also own The Consulting Room – the UKs largest aesthetic information website; distribute HydraFacial & Perk and are co-owners of MediZen – a non-surgical medical aesthetic clinic and clinical trials centre.
